Terms of Service for Custom Video Created by JACKNAT LLC (DBA CustomPhotoVideos.com)

Customer (Hereinafter referred to as “I”) is the creator of the image content and has the rights to use it.  I retain any and all rights I hold with respect to Image Content.
If I am not the creator of Image Content, then I must get permission from the creator of the Image Content or the copyright holder to use the Image Content in a Video. For example, professionally-taken photographs should not be used in a Video unless you have received permission from the photographer to do so.
I agree to use the Video for personal use only and not for Commercial Use or pecuniary gain.
JACKNAT LLC (DBA Custom Photo Videos) retains the right to decline any project or the creation of any video that uses a photo that might be construed as offensive or objectionable.
I will not use any Image Content that is confidential or proprietary. JACKNAT LLC assumes no liability with respect to the disclosure or use of confidential or proprietary information submitted for use in a video.
